So I've managed to screw my knee again (and not in the shower this time lol) so went into SportsMed in town this morning with Mum, and it ends up that I have very loose, over extended joints (whatever that means!) ....but basically, the docs can't do much for me so it's back to physio and a gym membership for me. Fun Fun.
Thanks for the Winterfest Catalogue - I soooo wana come down now, if i can it would probably be in the second week of the holidays eh.
What type of job did you interview for?
Still no school today, about half a foot of snow on the front lawn, its hard enought to make it out of the driveway (mum's car nearly got stuck by the gate). Aparently the school busses can't run or something like that.
So I'm bored out of my mind, at home, on crutches. Mite do some homework (cos thats always fun!).

Hey there,

Well I went for a Job Interview yesterday and I have to say it was the worst interview I have ever been for! It was horrid - I mean I think they liked me and they seemed happy enough - but my god there is no way in hell I would take that job! Oh my god some people eh! Anyway....after such an ordeal I went shopping of course!

Although I didnt actually end up getting so much. However I didn't manage to find some cute pearl studs that were awfully nice and I bought some Teach Yourself French CDs which I tried to listen to last night!

Other than that not much - went for Subway and came home after all that! However I did promise you a picture of the duck I bought at the weekend! So here it is in all its argyle glory!

Family Shopping Trip (and CCC Trackies!)

So calling cards eh? like the whole "I'll give you my number?!?" they're very preppy and cool, loving it!
Just got back from a shopping trip with Mum, Dan & Em (fun fun) - got my shoes to go with my dress, a little clip to do my hair up 'cos I've decided I'm going to wear it out, ummmm some ccc trackies (gotta love them) and a apple green/grey stripey top from Glassons - You'd love it.
....AND was trying to buy a football top - a Brazil one - but they're all sold out! :-(
Yeh I'll post a pic on here, probably from the formal photos cos its well too much of a mission (and too cold!) to get all undressed into my dress specially. Okey Doakey?!

Good to hear you're feeling better, my knees still playing up, have been trying to walk around with the brace off, especially because Mum keeps threatening to take me to the doctor if it's not better extra soon (...and you know how much I LOVE doctors...Ahem. - except male nurses - they're special!).

Calling Cards

Hey there,

Good to talk to you last night and catch up! Feeling much better thanks! My appointment for an UltraSound isn't until September so I refuse to worry about anything till then. Although I have to ring up about my blood tests on Monday.
I understand your reasonsbehind supporting Brazil however I'm going to have to stick with my roots and support Scotland since well I was born in Scotland....only thing is they never get past the second round these days so hmm....

Aren't they just the cutest! Last week of work coming up! See what happens! I had such a major clean of all my stuff yesterday. I tidied my bathroom and WIW and moved all the stuff from the Guest Bedroom to the Spare Bedroom - it actually looks reasonable now! 10 Points to me! Glad you got your birthday present! I really want to see a picture of you in your new formal dress or even the one from last year! The pink one it was so cute! Seriously I would like a picture its been like forever since I saw you HAHA!

Brazil Are Gonna' Win!

Hey there Rach,
I hope you're feeling heaps better this morning. I've ditched the knee brace so am trying to not bust my knee again 'cos aparently next time its surgery for me!
Had a pretty low key b-day, mainly cos I was away at the time, but got some cool prezzies (loving the cupcake writing kit and lil spotty clutch from you - just the best!!!)
So I'm all excited about soccer at the mo, because the world cup is starting extra soon, and have decided I'm going to support Brazil (this is mainly because while I was away, went and watched the Malbourough Mens team train while we were training - and 8 Brazillians in their team Mmmmmm lol.
(Did I tell you that we lost to Malborough... 2-1 AND our only goal was an own goal!!!)
But the super cool thing is that I've been put in charge of designing the soccer hoodies for the first 11 for tournament week in Nelson - I'm thinking of importing them from the US so they will be like the college hoodies, from some company called the 'Spirit Zone' - did have a better one but I can't find the page now grrrr!!!
I'll put up a pic of what I kinda want it to look like...

But of couse much better cos I'm designing them lol!
Rite - I supose I better get up and get dressed :-)

Come home from work earlier - coughing everwhere! didn't go for blood test - to sick! So just surfing the net now and going to tidy my room and make up guest room for Gran coming down next week! Still praying you will be able to come down some time!

Over the last few weeks have noticed that Dior have brought out a lot of cool things recently take a look! I am especially loving the vintage bag!

Not so good News!

Hey there,

Well sorry I didn't write sooner. So I went to the doctor today and yeah Im not very well :( ...I haven't been so good recently like after I eat I always feel sick never am though and then on Friday I got this really really sore throat. So yesterday wasn't good and this morning I decided to go to the doctor.
I hate the idea of the doctor even I am always so paranoid there going to say something is terribly wrong. I guess you know what I mean anyways I went in and they took a urine sample (eww) and checked temperature etc and yeah something to do with my stomach acid or somthing like that anyways have to go in for a blood test on tuesday and they have put me on a waiting list for an ultrasound - they seem to think I have somekind of stone/ulcery thing - probably to do with stress or something like that!
So yeah all in all kind of feeling sorry for myself but have anti-biotics for the minute and have to eat non acidic foods which is like everything from apples to indian!
Hopefully pick up soon I hate this ewwy feeling. Again Im guessing you know what I mean.
So not much happening today went to Paper Plus and bought like 8 magzines and some new writing paper (v.cute!) so might write you a letter later although I think you said you were going to send one or something like that! So might wait.....let me know if you have written/sent letter.
Did some shopping yesterday nothing interesting though I think I told you all last night:
I got Vanity Fair on DVD, and Ice Age (such a little kid) DVD and another John Grisham Book cat toys and a Barbie - thought she might make me feel better!
Hope all goes well with the Lone Star/Motel outing!!!

Good Morning Rach!!!
Hows it all going... Just thought I'd make a quick post before I head off to work. It's such a loverly day too... red sky and a kinda fresh winter feeling - makes me want to go skiing really!
(P.S.- Can't read yellow font on the page b4 last grrr...but am too dumb to work out how to change it otherwise I would have already!)
Listening to K T Tundstells new album at the mo, quite liking it actually, well worth it.
No, can't say I knew about this Lily stuff, (prob cos I'm just not preppy enough!), but very cool anyways eh?!
Lol am loving the hat too heaps!
Well exams are all over now, didn't actually do too bad (wellllll.... from the results I've got back - STILL haven't seen Chemistry and History)
K.... so the coolest thing about my new fone, you can download pics / music / and videos directly onto my fone wirelessly from the computer using bluetooth.... my wallpaper at the mo......

So..... Ah.... this is the Italian Rugby team...Um not half bad eh? neways... I was rather impressed!!! I know it's not fashion but still worth a decent look!

Rite... off to make my favourites list now then get ready for work!
